For newly-awarded subgrantees getting their compliance baseline in place. Includes subgrant agreement review, compliance calendar setup, BABA procurement checklist, cybersecurity plan framework, and support for your first two semi-annual reports.
TIER 2 Compliance Management $9,000 / month
For subgrantees in active buildout managing BABA tracking, performance testing, NEPA milestones, and SAR obligations simultaneously. Includes everything in Tier 1 plus ongoing supplier file maintenance, full SAR preparation, NEPA milestone monitoring, and FCC regulatory support on ownership disclosure, pole attachment, and covered equipment. Capacity rolls forward if unused.
TIER 3 Compliance & Audit Defense $14,000 / month
For subgrantees under active state monitoring, facing an NTIA information request, or approaching the Single Audit threshold. Includes everything in Tier 2 plus Single Audit preparation, NTIA enforcement response, corrective action plan drafting, and priority same-day turnaround on urgent matters.
